Hello Everyone

I was wondering if anyone used Oracle Cards? I use Oracle Cards & I also have Tarot Cards for my readings.

Hi I use lots of Oracle cards, I think they are great fun and very nice to end a tarot reading with too. Which decks do you have and use?

Between Payewacker, Pirbid and myself, we are trying to get into the symbolism, numerology, not to mention the Hebrew alphabet of the tarot cards......  Is this Hot enough for you Cassie?

Which set of cards is 'better': Oracle or Tarot? I ask because I was reading up on Tarot yesterday and Oracle cards came up. I know there aren't as many Oracle cards in a deck and aren't 'read' like the Tarot cards are. I'm curious about that because I read where the cards in the Oracle decks can vary by number, whereas the number of cards in the Tarot deck stays the same.

Better?  That's impossible to say. Oracles are different. Most have little messages printed on them and so don't need any interpretation.

Tarot? I love my decks, I love the fact they are steeped in history. The Iching is too and some may say far older and runes too I spose, I use them all but Tarot has a special place in my heart. 78 pages of an everchanging book!

What I meant to say, but couldn't quiet phrase it correctly at the time, was "Which gives more insight?" instead of "Which is better?"

It is still the wrong question, I'm afraid. Oracle cards are simply messages... you pick one and it is meant to empower one.

I do no think 'insight' comes into the Oracle cards.
Tarot cards..?? Hmmmmmmm... insight, intuition..... a different kettle of fish completely.
