Help with my own Astrological House reading

Hello everyone. I've just started learning Tarot from a book that my sister has named "The Solitary Witch" by Silver RavenWolf. I decided to attempt the Astrological House tarot reading, using myself as the querent. I looked through the meanings of each card, and the meanings of each of the 12 positions, but many of them confuse me. Could anyone help me discern what this means? Here was my spread:

House of Life: XI
House of Value: 3 of Swords
House of Brothers: Ace of Cups
House of Parents: 7 of Swords
House of Children: 4 of Swords
House of Health and Sickness: 2 of Cups
House of Marriage:XXI
House of Death: XVIII
House of Journeys: XV
House of Honors: 5 of Swords
House of Friends: 2 of Pentacles
House of Enemies: XIII
