karmic numbers

I have been studying numerology for many years and I don't find that karmic numbers get the emphasis that they should.  When master numbers are found they are read as master numbers while karmic numbers are reduced.  I have found that everyone I have spoken to who is a 13/4 has a problem with numerology because they cannot relate to the four.  However, when I describe the 13 then they completely relate to it.  I am in a 16/7 pinnacle and I would not be able to relate to the description of the 7 pinnacle if I did not also have the description of the 16.  Most numerology software also ignores these important numbers - I would love to find software that incorporates the karmic numbers in all readings any comments?
