Name total coming 27 so 9 but name is 8 letter word

I am thinking of a name for my product. My lucky number (as per birthdate) is 9. The name I have thought is a eight letter word and its total coming to be 27 by Chaldean system. I have doubt that we should see total of name or count the letters?

As total coming to be 27 so it go with my number too. But its a 8 letter word. Is it ok if number of letters doesn't match the total of name?

The number of letters is not important to my knowlegde .Its the sum of the letters and the vibration that it puts off that counts.
