I was born September 21, 1980 at 12:47 a.m. For a long time I had been calculating my birth path number as "3." However, since I was born during daylight savings time, I'm wondering if this is correct. Should my actual time of birth be adjusted to 11:47 p.m.? Thus, making my technical date of birth September 20 (which would make me an "11").
Any insight anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. I've searched all over for an answer to this question with no success.

The divisions of time was made by man. Man decided how to divide up time in order to make sense of and count days, weeks, months, years, centuries and so on...
Daylight savings time is also a manmade adjustment and is EFFECTIVE for the time it is in place, since all descisions, all actions, all planning is done taking this time into consideration. For the duration the Daylight Savings Time is in place, it is just as valid and correct as the "original" calculations of how time should be perceived.
Therefore to my mind...the date you were born in under Daylight Savings Time, is the true date of your birth. Your birth on any chart is affected by the place of birth, the time of birth, and the date of birth (in astrology)...
For the purpose of numerology, your date of birth was noted by the hospital (or whoever delivered you)...as 12.47, which was correct at THAT TIME. Therefore your birthdate is 21 September as far as my logic is capable of working this out....
