Which name is to be used ?

I have a problem on which name should I use

I am from India. Since the culture is quite different from the west. I would like your help to choose
one among the following the possible names

1. Name provided at the naming ceremony [ Some times more than one name are assigned]
2. Name used in Official records.
3. Names used in Calling[ People having names like Venugopal are reffered as Venu].
4. Women Change their Name after Marriage.

Which of these needs to be taken for Calculation.
