My date number is addes upto 5

My complete  DOB number adds upto 6

Should I choose a name number which adds upto 5 or 6

In my horoscope my 5  th house is good I believe with venus and mercury

I have had a hard life so far.

I feel v stuck

I am not comfortable telling my name in the public forum.What todo. But I do need help in changing my current name.
