Name change?

I was born in and lived in the US until I was three then I moved to South America until I was seven
in south america they use two last names on your documents your fathers and then your mothers
now i'm back in the U.S so I was wondering how does this work for numerology?
I know that the other country had a huge impact on my ideals even though I was young

Do I use my birth certificate u.s name or what?
