Latin and Greek were the dominant languages of the Roman Empire, but other languages were important regionally. The language of the ancient Romans was Latin, which served as the "language of power".
Your link leads to the Archaic Latin alphabet.
Old Latin, also known as Early Latin or Archaic Latin, refers to the Latin language in the period before 75 BC: before the age of Classical Latin.
The Roman Empire began with the crowning of Gaius Octavian Thurinus in 31 B.C. and fell to the German Goths in A.D. 476, for a total of 507 years.
Here then is the Classical Latin Alphabet (often simply called the Roman Alphabet) used during the years of the Roman Empire. Spot the many differences, when compared with the previously used Archaic Latin.

Possibly the biggest difference between the two variations is that the Classical Latin Alphabet (23 letters) was written in the same alphabet letters as our modern English language (which has 26 letters).

The short answer is that I cannot give you any reliable answer to your question.

The Latin Gematria section on the following page might be of help to you, but the problem is that they are talking about there being 22 letters in the Roman alphabet, when there are according to the above chart 23 letters.

http://www.gematrix.org/gematria.php

And to make things even more difficult than they already are, each numerologist at the time of the Roman Empire had a choice of several different methods to be able to assign a numeric value to each letter (as also happens with the numerology of the English alphabet), so it is a matter of take your pick as to which system you will use.

Anyway this is about as far as I can go in helping you with this subject. I do not claim to be a numerologist (modern or ancient, beginner or professional).

Take care,

Brian
