Well..as a start might this book be an option

http://astore.amazon.com/mysticboardco- ... 39-8606433

But as with anything else here in life....it must far more then a book to change our life....the main thing is the will to see it true...Make Meditation to find calmness and evaluate what your strong sides is and find your weak spot...to read books to explore...and to have relaxing music for the start of the day :)

Thank you

I do try to meditate, my quiet place is in the bubble bath, with my ear buds in listening to music, drowning out the loud silence.
I used to be so together, I used to be so independent and strong. I began to fall apart and haven't really stopped grieving since my son moved away. I am afraid to face that pain. Its been 2 years and 15 days. I don't know how to be happy any more. I do need some balance in my life, every thing seems to keep spiraling beyond my control.
Thank you so much for your guidance. I know forums can get mundane or boring at times when all that is left is bullshitting around. But once in awhile someone like me comes along and is truly reaching out for help. Makes you appreciate the spiritual gifts you were blessed with to help heal the broken spirits. I'm just a little lost and drifting off my beaten path, in search of my destined path.

Thanks for the suggested book link.

This is a mighty fine bazar!  I just know it will do great!  It has a great variety of books to choose from.  I was happy to know some of my favourite authors are in this.
