Hair Loss Prevention

Can any one tell me please that how we can prevent our hair loss. what we should use in eating habbits for preventing this. what we should eat foods, fruits or anything other in fooding only.

Propecia or the cheaper version Proscar tablets.  Once you're off it the hair loss will continue though...

In my experience ONLY propecia or generic Finasteride 1mg daily can stop hair loss.

Refer to Astha Channel Programme Of Baba Ramdeo or his literature.
It shows if you rub your nails of one hand with other hanh's nails firstly it prevents & then growth starts.He had shown many benifitiaries who have admitted improvement through this type of nail rubbing.

one simple solution is to mix castor oil, sesame oil and coconut oil in equal quantities and heat it and apply before  a bath... done regularly for a few weeks stops hair fall. this has worked for me.

In some cases, it cannot be changed; it's genetic.  But there are other mitigating factors that will increase the loss.  Perhaps you have a poor diet, increase your diet's balance to include more biotin - items such as brewer's yeast, brown rice, sunflower seeds, green peas, oats, lentils, soybeans, walnuts contain this element.

Do not eat raw eggs, which contain avidin which binds to biotin and prevents its absorption.

Increase the intake of biotin with a dietary supplement if needed.

Scalp massage can sometimes help by increasing the blood's circulation to the head.

Reduce stress.  Stress is a known contributor to hair loss and weight gain!  As the waist grows thicker, the hair grows thinner!  

Keep in mind that it is normal to lose up to 100 hairs per day.

Other dietary supplements to consider adding into your daily intake could include the following:
Vitamin B complex 150 mg daily of B3, B5-300 mg daily, B6-150 mg daily.
Vitamin C - 3,000 mg -10,000mg per day
Vitamin E - begin with 400 IU per day and work up to 800 to 1,000IU per day.
Zinc - 50 mg per day.  Do not take more than this as you may also get some in your food intake and you can overdose on this one and the results can be toxic.
Copper - 3 mg  daily.  Works with the zinc and increase hair growth.  Use a chelate form.
Silica
L-Cysteine 500 mg twice a day. Take with juice, not milk
L-Methionine 500 mg twice a day. Take with juice, not milk.

Hope these suggestions help you.  Not all with work for every individual, so choose which ones you want to start off with and bear in mind that hair loss, if you are female, is also tied to hormonal changes.  Wild yam, Red Clover, and Black Cohosh can help with this.
