Fear for a friend

Post by Nakoruru » Wed Feb 27, 2008 3:12 am

Ok so my friend went vegan, which I have no problem with. Now the fact that she is hardly eating and using it as an excuse worries me. So would it be possible for some one to make me a Vegan meal chart (like a meal for each time of the day for 7 days a week) her family doesn't realize she is doing this so I think that maybe if she has one hanging up her parents might enforce her to not starve her self...or live off of French frys for one whole week then switching to a little can of V8 to make up for it. Please help.

this is not healthy at all.I agree with whoselinebaby you should inform her parents as soon as possible.Maybe she is having other issue that she lost interest in proper food.or she wants to become thin.you should try talking to her and sort this out.if she does not listen then inform her parents.Going vegan doesn't mean one should stop having food.here is a chart i found online
http://www.nutrispeak.com/veganfoodguide.htm

Maybe this will help.Do let us know.

her mom is in denial then or is really not paying attention all that much, keep on telling her parents. raisins, french fries and V8 juice is not enough! if you cant get through to her mom try talking to her dad or if your still in school talk to your guidance conceler

our gc should be fired for the all the good she does (she never even there) but her dad doesn't even like the idea of her not eating meat so i might be able to get through to him.
