How to remain normal in company of unwanted people
Forget and forgive is easy way, but some time we are forced to live or spend time in office or at home, with people who have done bad deed and they are mischievous.
How to make mind setup to feel normal so that the situation will not affect day to day work.

Life is a river, constantly moving. We do not have to remain 'stuck' with anyone - how we handle our life is our own buisness.
The mind is the trigger that sets us up to judge people as good or bad for us. Love is the glue that keeps us all together.
Nothing confuses a driver on the road more.....when they give the finger, you give a smile. Returning one positive energy for the negative always works.
God bless, J

Thanks
Thanks, swetha, spiritalk, AyeCantSeeYou; your suggestions relieve pressure on my mind significantly.
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
I have run into this problem often. The way out of it I have found to to 'kill them with kindness'. You have to understand that a toxic personality stems from some great hurt and damage. If you are authentically and unfailingly kind in excess you will begin to change that person. in the beggining, their behavior will get worse, to test you. to see if you too will retreat under their onslaught. do not give up. continued kindness and praise will give you the reward in the end. Kindness will spread throughout the workplace and the entire atmosphere will improve for everyone.
A section from the Xinxin Ming comes to mind.
"A tenth of an inch's difference,
And heaven and earth are set apart:
If you want to see it manifest,
Take no thought either for or against it.
To set up what you like against what you dislike –
This is the disease of the mind:"
I hope you can see how this relates to your situation.
