I'm most happy when I fulfill my aspirations my meaning in life. So I can say that happynes comes from inside. The happynes that is comming from others is usualy short.

Well, according to me it depends on an individuals perception. many people are happy because of the things they do in life, while others are happy because they achieve something good in their life. I am happy if i achieve my goal of the day. This makes me feel very good and on the top of the world.
