Raise Your Vibration

Why raise your vibration?  Because you'll start to feel amazing, your mood will improve and you'll raise your level of consciousness.  It's a bit contagious too!

I thought it would be fun to start a list of different ways people use to raise their vibration.  I'll start with a few of my favorites.

Exercise.   For me, there’s nothing like going for a long run to energize me and clear my mind.
Be Grateful.  I like to take time out of the day to think of all the things that I am thankful for in my life.
Eat light, high vibration foods.  I like to have a big salad for lunch every day.
Avoid negative TV.  I try to avoid all of the negative tv shows, including the news and only watch those that are inspiring.

Anyone have other things they’d like to add?

go out in the sun. because my vibrations have been really high until it started raining!!! uuuuughghghghg.

the only vibration i have is in my cell phone. i don't think i need to raise that.

Im working hard on mine.. I have been rather depressed and feel the spirits and guides around me are getting annoyed
Its hard for me to go outside anymore (big outdoors person), in fact for the past year and half its hard for me to leave my 5 foot bubble when Im home alone (which is 5 days a week 12 hours at a time)

Weight lifting has surprisingly been very therapeutic for me.  Working out first thing in the morning has made me feel full of energy throughout the whole day.

I spend time with like-minded friends (usually over coffee!) and always leave inspired. My closest friends help me to challenge my thinking and our conversations often result in dis-lodging an old belief system ...love it, and can often feel the shift in my energy as a result

I also find going out in nature for a walk, or tending my veggie patch leaves me feeling uplifted and clears my head, helping me feel more connected again

Go out in nature! Meditate and listen to spirit. Play and have fun with artwork or imagination.

I like doing all of those things and being around people too.

For me meditation and yoga does the trick
