rising sign also known as your ascendant is the sign that was rising over the horizen at the moment of birth. Your rising sign represents the "you" that the outside world perceives, as well as your personality traits, needs, and physical characteristics.

so rising sign is liek a sun which was fading away as you were born?... then very few people might be having rising signs...

no pranay everyone has a rising sign or acendant , i don't do readings but if any wants to know there rising sign and characteristis just pm me and give name date of birth and where you were born and will tell you what you rising sign is.

P.S i also need your time of birth sorry. My brain is foggy.

If you know your birth time you can go to www.astrodienst.com and register for free. You need your birthdate, time, and place to render a chart. They do it for you and interpret it for you as well. No charge. There you can find out your rising sign but basically it's usually the sign governing the first house of your chart. It's VERY important because this is generally how you portray yourself to the world and how the world sees you. But sun, moon, and rising to me are the three biggies. Well.. I love venus too as it governs our romantic tendencies. LOL
