How to remove negative energies.

Sometimes it helps to keep in mind that the others negativity is actually coming from fear. There are only 2 emotions at the very base of every surface emtion - fear or love. If we can somehow view the  negativity, not as bad/evil etc, but as having its root in fear-then we can perhaps shift our focus from negative  to positive ....

WOW, I totally agree with this. All these negative energies come from some or the other fear. U just got the words in my mind out. I wasn't able to express it, & u have done it well.

Gr8 job I am really impressed by the quotes that have been given in the book which you read. although you have not given the book or author name. But I must tell you that I am really going to practice all that info shared by you. its really gr8 to know that with these simple but difficult to continue (which one must) techniques to forgo anger/jealousy/ one can get rid of those  bad qualities which can harm none but self.

     I think I was in great need of these things as I was getting it difficult to forgive others/forgetting the incidents which have hurt you and the anger which is beyond control sometmes.

I think the best way to remove negative energy is to concentrate on a work. Meditation will also help.
