The element of fire kicks a**. If someone were to have any kenisis power, how would you learn to control it and make it stronger?

Between the ages of 7-12 I swear that I could move my stuffed animals from one place to another with my mind. But I usually was extreamly scared, probably manifistation more than kenisis. If it was kenisis, I lost my abilities due to adult issues in my mind. I have tried 'Light as a feather stiff as a board' and that worked, but it was a collective kenisis.
