relax and sit quietly.close your eyes. take slow deep breaths. imagine your self in a forest or upper the sea. where ever you are start to see all the things that would be present if you were there. trees, bushes etc. if you have chosen a forest. see all the aspects, smell all the smells, hear all the sounds. you feel relaxed and comfortable. in your mind think what am i to learn presently. or what area do i need to grow in, or just ask for guidance. keep that thought and open your minds eye to any movement in your chosen place. what animal, fish,  insect or bird do you see?

post it and I'll tell u what that animal spirit is trying to tell you.

At the beach with them seagulls.. I need to hid cause they will.. well you know what...LOL

Ok one more....

Sitting on a bench at a grave-yard and seeing a white dove.. I know who that is~!! My friend Tammy...
I like going through them grave yards... I find peace there.. Odd I know...

I hear them Chickadees in the background...

I don't like hearing a Dove.. It makes me very sad when I hear them.. Makes me think someone is going to die... My auntie likes hearing them. I get sad why is that~? I think when ppl I'm close to pass away then I hear them at night befor the sun goes down...

to see squirrels symbolizes that changes are coming, gather your resources now to help see you through coming changes.

change is inevitable. but with it comes a chance to shed a burden.

the snake is about change and rebirth. you will shed what holds u back.

Oh I love Doves.. I just get sad when I hear them....
I love Owls also... I hear them in my back woods alot.

I'll just site on my deck and listen and smile the hole time.. They are so cute~!!

I see myself in the middle of an ocean playing along with dolphins and killer whales.

on the outset, stingrays and turtles are swimming past. Sea lions come in and out. Suddenly a huge blue whale comes by and goes. and now my eyes opened

in this vision you need to narrow down the creature that comes to you. i can tell you what every one of those might be saying to u, but the messages would be lost. i can even do two animals. so lets try this again. focus on the sea again. and when you look in your minds eye try to see the ONE that's coming through for u.

Well, I'm the the forest it is raining.  No one was comming out for a while but an owl opened his eyes and just stared @ me.  No noise or anything.  I'm not afraid, just wondering why he's just looking @ me.  Odd.
Normaly I see a bunch of diff. creatures, a lot of horses (love them)  This is my 1st owl.

Any ideas?
