I need to get motivated.
I use to write quite a bit. And I use to be quite good. But for some unknown reason I stopped, and now I want to start again. But I dont know what to write. I've tried all the cliche tips: Go to a quiet place that I feel comfortable and just write whatever comes to mind, tried going on little road trips to try 'image writing' where you just write down everything you see, etc. But nothing works. I use to write mostly poems, and I wanted to see if I could go back to that style of writing, but nothing seems to get the juices flowing. I'm dissastisfied with anything I put down.
Any tips or suggestions on how to write, what to write to get me started, anything, is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

hello Tawnya,
i know what u mean:) even i go thru these phases.... and its real sickening.
i think the major prb is to get started , once u do that then here wont be any stopping!
so just keep repeating to urself.... "i can do it" and then u too will ultimately start believing that u can do it:)

If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again! You have not been persistent and focused for any length of time on anything. This is a good thing at your age...it helps you find what you are looking for, even before you know you are looking!
When we cannot meditate it is because we don't recognize what it is . It mean...to think upon! All of us do that on a regular and constant basis. So everyone meditates. It is the expectation of it being something different that makes it a difficult task.
