How many subliminals?

Have been working with the subliminal software and it occured to me to wonder how many subliminals it is advisable to work with for optimal results?

i must point out that since these subliminal messages take a long time to start showing positive effect and has to be combined with your own personal efforts to bring about the changes in yor life... a person using this must be open minded and willing to receive. personally i do not think the number of messages make a difference ... as far as the messages are not contradictory. everything should be fine.
