Can I contact my innerself through numerology? Does anybody around here has done that?

As you study numerology, the numbers of your own personal life tend to make more sense.  We gain encouragement in our journey of life from many sources.  Using numerology is just another tool.  

It has been witnessed that when we get too caught up in any tool (we can't make a move without checking it for validity in the numbers as an example) then we are not truly living form our own spirit.

that is one fine piece of advise. I learnt this truth after much trial and error.

It is scary to walk into the unknown and it always helps to have a light and a map.
Innersearch, astrology ,numerology etc are but tools (as rightly mentioned by spiritalk)

But the first step ; the living ; the choices; need to be taken, lived, done.
This can only be done if we are in our present .

Secrets to our innerself can be revealed/ understood only if we are ready for it.
1. Birth Chart /Natal Chart
2. Numerology Chart
3. In-depth personality test

etc gives us the overall view of who we are and where we stand to go.
All of this has no meaning if we fail to understand and implement the karmic lessons/advise in our life
