I'll be honest.. I'm not happy.. Body,mind and soul all fighting different things at the moment.. Maybe i am happy but don't know it? Oh who knows.

i find it interesting that the poll result is 60-30 right now....not bad. I think if you polled people on a different site you would find very different results. Says a lot for being in tune with higher powers. ....... then I noticed only three of us took the poll...i better get some sleep..LOL

Happiness is something we can create for our selves, I  spend too much time thinking and worring about the people around me.

It is transition time and that makes it hard to find my joys.  I am an upbeat person so it was hard to vote on this simple statement.  But, no I am not happy at the moment.

You can only be happy when you are content and accepting of your life situation no matter what it is. I'm happy with where I am in life, sure it could be better but I don't have to think about whether I'm happy or not, I just look around me and can see that I am. If you can't do that, then you need change in your life and when you instigate positive and responsible change, it always brings happiness.

I'm happy and unhappy at the same time because some spheres of my life are really perfect and other are not. There are days when I think of positive side of my life and there are days when I think of this negative. I think that it influences my feelings about own happiness or unhappiness. I hope that one day I will be able to concentrate on good things in my life because happiness is something that can be felt no matter what happens; it's kind of art, the art of feeling good despite of some troubles

Many people find it difficult to answer but I did not find difficult in answering this simple question.Basically I am very much happy with my life and with whatever I got.My dream was to get married and to be a good house wife and I was not so much interested in studies.But my life changed after my marriage.As I have married to that man whom I loved for so many years.He is very supportive as well as very caring  towards me.After marrying him i got a job and you all will be surprised to know that I scored 61% in my graduation.So what more can I expect from life?What ever is give I am very much happy with that.So do not expect what ever you get from life be happy with that.

i am not unhappy because i have no reason to be unhappy . everything is running smoothly. i am in charge of my life . and there is no disturbance . it is so boring , it makes you sleepy .

i am happy i ask everyday for peace love joy and contentment   peace of mind, love for all, joy in my heart ,content with my self and surrounding .. my unhappiness comes from seeing and feeling other peoples lack of happiness ....

i use to view happiness on the basis of( happen stance ) some times we are some times not ...but i have come to know that happiness can be constant   ..how you ask? by connecting /reconnecting  and staying connected  to source energy from which we all come and will return  .

if ones happiness is based on what one has or ones environment then a constant change in energy will bring highs and lows...this is not true happiness  again reconnect and ask everyday for these four things  peace love joy and contentment
