Luck...

Hi

I'm new to these boards and I'm interested to read about opinions on luck.

What do you think luck is? Why is it some people are luckier than others?

Is luck a state of mind..

I was once a believer in the power of manifesting. Now, I'm beginning to think some people are just born lucky, perhaps with the right planets in their natal charts.

What are your thoughts on this...

And apologies if this is posted in the wrong area.

I found your reply to be a little agressive in tone. Perhaps I should have done a search first, but as a newbie I am just learning how things work around here.

Now, that is a tough one! My first thought was "It's all in your mind". But...personality may play a role in it too. (Which...may be one and the same).  :smt017

I would say we make our own luck.

If you can count your blessings and live in gratitude then you can feel luck.
If you can choose to live in happiness by at times accepting the negatives of today's and yet not valuing them..then you are lucky.
If you can pass your day in kindness ,love and positivity then you can attract luck.

Luck is indeed a state of the mind...both action in thoughts and thoughts in action
