HELP....HELP....HELP....HELP
I feel very awkward with my hands. it is okay if I'm carrying something or doing something with them. but, heaven knows what it is with me, i feel I'm carrying two extra things that I don't need. I just put them in my pockets.
that is even more embarrassing. I move around like this. and i do the same thing even before my boss. moving around with hands in pockets - anyone can get it as a wrong attitude. but, I do not mean it. Again, I can't help it.
plz, plz, plz help.

Thank you FairyQueen for your suggestion. Please clarify if you want me to be Dilip or Thakur, or Jagannath, or all of them. However, my pockets are too short to accommodate my hands. I’ve to carry other things also. Moreover, they earn me my livelihood. ; -)
Spiritalk,
I had nerve problems in my right hand some 11 years ago. I underwent treatment. Things have been okay after that. I didn’t face such problems in all these years.
Love_united,
Introvert? Umm, not really. But I do like keeping things to myself, especially when they concern me and mine.
Aegeus,
I can’t carry a stone at workplace. But it’s a good idea, I think. I can carry a pen cap or ….. well, let me find.
Thank you folks for your considerations. Any more suggestions?

The grounding effects of holding a stone are residual so you can do it in spare time and still have benefits at work. A pebble or small stone or gem stone can work too.
Also perhaps looking into some mudras might help. In a nut shell a mudra is a hand position. They can help clear energy pathways and be grounding. Different ones have different purposes.

Carrying a buckeye is a traditional folk remedy. It is supposed to ward off poison and negative energies. It's not very big, and might be helpful. Also perhaps a small worry stone, or an affirmation stone? They don't have to be large, maybe the size of a quarter... never hurts to get checked out by the dr either!

I'm afraid of carrying stones or something like that. putting hands in the pocket is even a safer option. don't be misled. let me explain.
If I have a stone in my hand, I'll always play with it, juggle with it. isn't it more embarrassing than moving around with hands in pocket? what if, I throw the stone in a fit of anger or frustration?
