"Happy Mayan April's Fool Day!"

I really have no idea what to think.

The hype itself may have or have had an effect, though, which is an interesting thought. Are all prophecies self-fulfilling?

Evard are you HOPI?

End?

Nope ... but I'm sure humanity will find a way to seek its own destruction. I'll just duck *lol*

How about this one ... the Myans did NOT say the world would be destroyed. They said that all lift goes through changes, we are right now actually. Did it begin that precisely? Nope. It did begin though. Now the questions is, where will it lead. All faiths have such a theory. Right now, my suggestion is to be prepared for the changes coming. Good luck to you.

My question is does the mayan calender synchonises with the christian calendar we are using worldwide? Y we go by a date when we just let things be and the natural occurences take place at their own pace. It's not the end of the world...it's only the end of an era which will chamge gradually. for most it will be unseen. :)

"The End of the World" could simply be the end of living life as we know it.

It could mean something as simple as people not using worthless paper money anymore 5 years from now.

Or no longer having to bind oneself in order to own something as basic as ones own home.

Who can say?

Not so Much

Post by Duchess1964 » Sat Mar 02, 2013 10:18 pm

The hype seems to think and advertise the end of the world as we know it. First of all, we are not to know the time and place. That's in just about every faith tenant. It's a matter of reading the signs and then having a comparison of what's going on based on what is written then doing a cross reference. It's fascinating to see so many people freaking out over a date that is truly a man made issue. Man made the calendar ... I wonder how far off it is?
