Ive recently had some new experiences, and thought to check in.
Researchin afew things and looking for info on Kundalini and discovered some
Binaural programs for chakra balacing that were amazing!

I don't practice Kundalini meditation with chakras.

My meditation will be eco minded pantheon deific:
Iyi {Zi} Vedic mantara altar meditation although :
I may offer ideal insight about Kunda balance new
training and Green Kin Kunda Chai energy . . . . .,
I meditate and I am self teacher : KundaLini quick
aum known as wu je i :, energy and balance . . . .

Im reading up, and touching on more pure forms of kundalini, meditation and Yoga, not hard to understand your position, although my experience was definately rooted in the chakras... SOooo many layers. It has been adventurous! Nice to meet you !
