How to use this chat help!!!

hello all,,, i am new here  i don't know if there is a chat room on this programm but how do we chat and how do people reply to you back ?

there is something called personal message you can see the tab for it near the top of the window you can send ppl personal messges and they reply bak the same way im sending you a personal message try replying back
