i'm new here. Just startedngetting interested in trot again after several years. Last time I tried I got nowhere, the cards were just pictures. This time however I think I'm "getting" it, and it's actually making sense. Thank God for Internet!!! LOL

Good for you, so glad to hear that you are taking the Cards up again.
I know exactly (lol) what you mean when you say that they were just "cards" the first time round! What I have found over the years is that once you have a basic grasp on the meaning of each card (the" TRUMPS" that is) you will begin to developed intuition quite rapidly. One nearly perfect way of relatingvto the Trump Cards is to choose a Card and to meditate and study every possible aspect of it for Seven days. Learn it's Roman Numeral,its Numerical Significance, Its relationship with the Cabalistic tree of Life, it's Hebrew letter, it's Planetary and Astrological significants. It may seem like allot of work, but it's actually very simple and even fun. I found that by learning the cards this way, before you know it, each card becomes a kindof living being.
