I've had a very tough past 3 years, dealing with depression and anxiety .
I've started to read more about spirituality , spirit guides, and past lives.
I am also Cuban and was brought up around people that are highly involved with Santeria . Although a lot of things have really caught my attention I haven't quite got the answers I'm looking for. Reading a book by Brian Weiss called Many Lives, Many Masters where he talks about a a woman with anxiety and how she carried some of these issues over from her past life. I can really relate to some of these things and I'm really looking for some help .
