Hello you all

I am guessing I am an idiot...I do feel that my computer knowledge is getting sucked out of my head and I can't remember how to do things anymore.

So sad, too I used to be proficient.  I received my code to activate but when I try to open it and check it out, it states it's already running, but I haven't a clue where????  :smt010
