How do I know what stone is for me? How do I know what to select?

how i found out is that you hold them in your hand, you get a feeling, like i have a malachite stone and it actually vibrates in my hand and when i have too much on my mind i hold it and i fall asleep, its just a feeling when you hold it.

It all depends on you likes and dislikes. If you like it pick it up and hold it. (This actually charges it) Ask yourself, Does it feel right? If it does it is yours. You can make anythign your own by charging it. The one important thing to remember is this, Let no one else touch it. If they do you must wash it off and recharge it.

I thought it was really strange when I first enclosed my rose quartz pendant in my hand and it pulsated. Being new to crystals, I thought I was imagining things but thanks to this discussion board I realize I'm not mad after all.
