Please crosscheck these inferences

I use to wear a navaratna for almost two years now,my astrologer told me to wear a yellow saphire.from this noseptember onwards i am facing a lot of obstacles and consulted another astrologer who told I have shani effects till may 2007 and asked me to wera a blue saphire on saturday. After the second day i noticed a small crack like thing in the blue saphire,on consulting with the gemologist (30 years in the field)who supplied it ,told me that its a rare sign which comes in some stones and go ahead wearing it .Can anyone tell me the reasons why they suggested these stones to me,how they benefit me presently.Is this a crack or sign in the blue saphire...is it harmfull if i wera it .Please help me.I had a failure in my love from this september will a gem help me in getting her back or changing my present depressed situation.Please give me an advice.I have attached my horoscope with this
