Sustainable energy

hi just wondering what stones you would recommend for more energy or sustained energy. I am never able to stay as energized as my friends so it means i don't go much at all.

The first thing that jumps into my thoughts is Amethyst!!!  I find it really good.  Gem will be around in just a bit and she is very knowledgable with this info.  She will have heaps of ideas....

I also find Lapis Lazuli good too the blue and gold just hits the spot!

I think the best all round energiser is clear quartz.  Some say herkimer diamond  but it can get very heady and overpowering, but wearing a small piece during the day will help.

AngelWings suggested a couple of more specialist pieces that will work in specific areas energising the chakras that work with each.

Maybe we should look deeper and see if there is an underlying area that needs help to work efficiently and so is draining your energy? If I asked you to pick a colour to describe how you feel when you are tired what would it be? And which colour would you want to be when you are feeling good?

Red adn dark would make me head for ther root chakra, that is the base chakra and also the building block of our enregy power house. Its where the energy rises from, try a red jasper, carnelian, or something like an earthy toned crystal, the name escapes me,lol, boji stones would also be very good, one in each hand whilst youmed and envisage energy coming up from the earth, through your roots and up through your body before flowing out of the crown of your head and down polishing your aura as it falls back to the earth to start again.
