Just follow the basic:

Know your kua number, and it is good to be facing your good directions from where you are sitting.

Have a painting of mountains behind you for support.

No poistion arrow pointing toward you in where you are sitting

Put some of your allies animal on your desk for support.

Most important, don't clutter your desk.  Keep it clean.

Put a little globe on your desk

Have a Roster on your desk

This is just some of the basic things.  Ask a master for detail advice.  Certain aspect of feng shui also depends on your profession.
