Hi,

I think you might like The Feng Shui Bible: The Definitive Guide to Improving Your Life, Home, Health, and Finances (Paperback)
by Simon G. Brown (Author) Its concise and colourful and fun, and a good all rounder without getting too deep :)

Hello mysticcrystal,

here is a very good book on Authentic Classical Feng Shui:

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Feng Shui by Master Joseph Yu (Third Edition)

Don't be fooled by the name as it is a very good book. Even experienced practitioners refer to it once in awhile.
Authentic Classical San He & San Yuan Feng Shui Practitioner/Consultant

I know this topic has come up in numerous forums. All asking for good books to help get started in Feng Shui. I realize there are multiple books out there and it's hard to differentiate between which ones are good and which ones aren't.  As a fairly newbie myself I thought I'd start a list for those wanting help. These are just a few I or others found really helpful. A suggestion is to check books out thru your local library first before purchasing. Anyone else want to add would be great.

Great "beginner books":

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Feng Shui by Elizabeth Moran and Master Joseph Yu

Feng-Shui by Eva Wong

Lillian Too's Feng Shui Kit by Lillian Too

Illustrated Encyclopedia of Feng Shui: The Complete Guide to the Art and Practice of Feng Shui (Illustrated Encyclopedia) by Lillian Too

Lillian Too's Basic Feng Shui: An Illustrated Reference Manual by Lillian Too

A little more "advanced" reading:

"Flying Star" Feng Shui Made Easy by David Twicken

A Master Course in Feng-Shui by Eva Wong

Lillian Too's Flying Star Feng Shui for the Master Practitioner by Lillian Too

Flying Star Feng Shui by Stephen Skinner

Feng Shui Demystified: A Comparative Compendium on Flying Star Feng Shui and The Eight Mansion Formula by Ulrich Wilhelm Lippelt

Bazi The Destiny Code Revealed - Delve Deeper into the Four Pillars of Destiny by Joey Yap

Art & Science Of Feng Shui: The Ancient Chinese Tradition of Shaping Fate by Henry B. Lin

Feng Shui Journey by Jon Sandifer

Good Luck and Happy Reading!   Shaunna
I'm not going crazy, I enjoy every minute of it!
