second floor north east high

Thanks  for  great  PPT on  vastu.    I  am  recentely  shifted   to  new  house  which  is  on 4th  floor  of  apartment.everything  is  as  per  vastu main door  facing   north.  South west  masterbed room.  North east  child bedroom.  South  east  kitchen.   But  I  have 5th  floor  also.  On that  north east  mean  above  child  bedroom  one  bed  room is  there  and  terrace  at  south side  mean  above  kitchen and  master  bed room.

My  question   on top  floor  north east  is  high  and  south  west  is  low.   Is  this  will  affect   on  me.  Right  now  I  am  not  using  above  floor.  And  stair case  is  also from regular  apartment  staircase.  Bcoz  builder  design  staircase  from  brahma sthan  so  I  refused.   So  now  both floor  are  separate.

So  please  guide  me
