odd dream...van falling from sky then seeing the driver dead

Hi all i had a really scary dream last night and just cant get it out my head, and wondered what it could mean.

I dreamt that i saw a white van falling from the sky, at first i saw it out of the corner of my eye then all of sudden it was infront of me. The van hit the floor then i saw the driver dead, the odd thing was after i saw it once i kept seeing the van falling from the sky over and over again. any ideas?
