freaky dream

Okay,okay,I had like THE FREAKIEST dream I think I'll have for a while.Okay,so I can't
remember everything,but then again I never can,but I can remember the freaky part.So
there was this mummy guy,and the bandages around his face weren't there,cuz this living
guy was wearing them as a prank.But the mummy didn't like it,so...he-ripped-his-face-off
HE RIPPED HIS F******G FACE OFF!!!......but then it turned out I had found a movie on
the tv,and I was all like,"whoa,that scared the living shit outta me!" And my dad's like,yea
me too!"....then I woke up.Soooo...that's it.

This maybe related to searching for identity (face). The face could also be treated as a mask, covering up some aspect of personality -could be both pleasant or unpleasant. Ripping his own face off I think stands for not accepting the current situation as is and wanting to provoke a drastic change.
The movie part could point towards that it is all make-believe........ or that you are just an observer and not involved into something that is happening in you life. And your father also see it the same way as you.
