Dream Interpretation

I was told that when you dream of dead people and they talk with you to pay attention to their lips and if their lips are not moving, then they are actually visiting you.  Has anyone else heard of this thought?

This theory assumes that since the world of Spirit is a plane composed of pure thought, that a spirit being does not need to use speech to communicate effectively with another, but uses telepathy or mind to mind communication instead.

Dreaming of a dead person whose lips are not moving could be interpreted as suggesting that it is a genuine spirit visitation, but it could also be regarded as a sign that the person is currently having difficulties in getting his or her messages across, or alternatively that you are not yet ready to accept what he or she is trying to tell you. Direct mind to mind communication is unfamiliar and often uncomfortable to most of us still living on Earth.

In other words, although the lack of movement in their lips could be seen as one piece of evidence supporting the idea that this departed person is actually visiting you within a dream, I would not use it as being the only reliable indicator.

Motionless lips could have one of many other equally possible interpretations than only this one?
