Omens of the foreboding kind/input please

There was a period of time not to long ago, when I was experiencing omens when I was awake and during my sleep. I dreamt I was riding bare back on a grey stallion. We were at a hard, full gallop. He kept turning around to look at me then bite me on the legs. During this period I was walking home from work and a single -black crow, or maybe a raven followed me, tree to tree then as I started to grow fear he flew towards me and grabbed my hair without his talons hitting my head :

To me, those look like warnings to slow down a bit and watch where you are going in your life right now. Your unconscious is trying hard to catch your attention before something goes amiss with your "breakneck speed", figuratively speaking. There might also be something you are avoiding because it is painful to dwell in it or plain cumbersome. So your unconscious keeps pleading with you: "Please listen, look and act before it is too late!"
