Pregnancy dreams

I keep dreaming that I'm pregnant or someone I know is pregnant. What does pregnancy mean? Ohh also that I can't drive my car because there are too many pedals or the brakes don't work.

Dreams of pregnancy symbolize some part of you that is growing. Maybe you are involved in something new? The too many pedals and brakes don't work stand for all the difficulties/complexities that the your new project or whatever presents and your fears regarding it.

Would like some more info from you if possible.
