I do sleep at night and i dream lot of things. Plz, anyone can explain me that.

everyone dreams, its just that some people have better dream recall and sometimes or maybe most of the times people only remember weird dreams because weird dreams are some kind of message from our subconscious,it needed to be weird in order to be remembered.

I guess you can say that...
Personally I think it's from our higher self,when we are asleep,its the most relaxed state of our being and its the easiest way to relay a message to us

But, whenever i sleep, i dream somethings. As a result i can't do my normal daily work. Plz, give me some tips.

can you pls post one of your dreams,I'll try to help...what do you mean everytime you dream you can't do things normally in your waking life.Maybe your dreams have some kind of connection to your waking life,like maybe a recurring dream can mean problems that needed to be solved that you're trying to runaway from..

Last night i dream that i was died in a road accident. My parents were crying.

dying doesn't necessarily mean you will really die,it's more of a change of an aspect of yourself.Like Shedding part of yourself that no longer serves you or maybe trying to change an old habit.The road is a symbol of direction in life.Being in a road accident could mean either being reckless in waking life about something and seeing your parents cry would be a sign of disappointment..  my 2 cents

maybe you're just thinking too much,are you scared it might happen?If you keep thinking about things too much then those things you fear might manifest..So just calm yourself and let go  :)
