not such a good connection

i been doing tarot for 2 years and recently started learning healing techniques, scrying and other things, but now i'm opening up i can feel people's auras affecting my mood and attitudes more than people used to.

what can i do to stop this happening?

With a good teacher, the first lesson is in knowing how to open and close and also ground for use of psychic energies.

Gentle frisk :) step into what you are exploring gently before you step into things :) .
