Can someone explain what’s going on in head , this weird occultist stuff is happening, am in my head tell myself I don’t want to help with my mom with food market shopping for my her , then paper in black figure angel from Buffy call me Russian bad word sukea than appear Ariana grande figure smiling strange making with her hands that he shouldn’t say that but it looks like she agrees with him , what is this stuff? Is this a psychic attack?

Hi Qayin,

Were you in an altered state of consciousness at the time when these phenomena happened?

Are you currently taking some form of psychotropic or psychiatric drug?

Are you feeling particularly depressed or anxious, for no obvious reason?

Do you know of anyone who would wish you harm, who is capable of doing this?

Psychic attacks can indeed happen, but we first need to eliminate all other more everyday explanations, before automatically accepting the possibility that this is an actual psychic attack.
