i hope im in the right forum but here goes anyway,

 things have changed with me in the past year i've felt things and seen things around me, im learning tarot cards at the minute which is a bit daunting but i do practice on my friends and family but as soon as i start the reading i come over all shaky and emotional and many other strange feelings a medium told me im psychic and that's spirits way of communicating can anyone shed some light on this im really confused

Everything is about energy.  When you are focusing on the reading/cards, the spirit energy is flowing and you are holding it back by concentration of the mind.  Try thinking flow spirit flow before, during and after a reading.  Then the energy needed to read the cards will flow into you and it will not be such a daunting chore of remembering everything.  The cards are meant to be a focus not a restriction to the flow of spirit.
