Meditation/experience medium/physic groups or teachers in cardiff?

Hi guys i'm not sure if it's against the rules about stating a location for something i havnt seen it on the rule board but, if it is my apologizes.  i'm not sure what it's called but you know there's people who can teach you too connect to your inner physic or help you connect to your more spiritual side? i was wondering if there are any courses or individuals like this present in cardiff, wales at the moment? since i'm going to go by myself and would really want it to be in person (i feel i'd embarce it more) i'm really serious about it and i need to find someone i can trust to help me.

Unfortunately google can not identify the 'spiritual' approach from another.  If someone knows of anyone in Wales it is good to get recommendations.  

Spiritualism has centres the world over and I could check with a friend for a directory for Cardiff, Wales if interested.

As in the South East, I am sure there are places, groups, including spiritualist churches in Cardiff as well.

There is one in Andover, but I know it is a long trek for you. How about Bristol?
