new to scrying

i'm trying to learn scrying and i've had a few attempts and obviously being early days i'm struggling to interpret what i'm seeing - typically i see eyes and a face, a female face with distinct features. I did see a frog at one point but i think my mind may have been wondering.......could anyone lend a hand?

When you open to develop psychic abilities (which is what is happening) it is important to have a good teacher for the basics as you practice your own talents and abilities.  Find a good meditation circle in which you can open and develop all that is available.  Also, read through the notes on Mediumship Development under Mystic Academy for some hints on psychic unfoldment.  The first step is to take charge!
