I am so lost in my life

The career I started 6 years ago feels like I've been on a hamster wheel- lots of running but getting nowhere. Two years ago my family was uprooted because of job loss. Tried to restart career again but it's the same thing. The people that im supposed to work with with are so distant and lazy, all talk and no action. I now feel lost, my life is at a standstill. I literally don't know what I'm going to do with my life.

Anyone see anything for me?
