You will need a program on your computer which reads PDF (Portable Document Format) files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader (both freeware under Windows) .
Right click on a blank space anywhere in the document, and save a copy of it (Save As...) where you will be able to find it quickly later, preferably onto a removable medium (such as a USB flash drive).
